Refund policy

At MomCrate, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers.

Standard Products : Most of our general products fall under a final sale policy. 

 Brands / Products : Returns or replacements are applicable only specific brand products where explicitly mentioned on the product page.

Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received: For any damaged or wrong item delivered, an unboxing video is mandatory within 12 hours of delivery to process a replacement.
