2. Products & Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable cannot be returned or refunded after delivery.

3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is suspected fraud or inaccurate order information.

For COD orders, customers are required to accept and pay for the order upon delivery. Repeated rejection of COD orders may result in blacklisting from future orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates (4–7 business days). MomCrate is not responsible for minor delays caused by courier partners or weather conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

MomCrate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
